The IT Support Program provides a wide variety of support and repair services for the EPIC Region. Not only do we support the EPIC Central Office, but we also maintain the equipment located in the Head Start/Pre-K and Adult Ed/SPOKES sites.   Our staff also assists our member counties by offering services including computer, whiteboard and printer repairs, as well as imaging, hardware/software installs, network troubleshooting and router support.  Repairs are done on-site when possible, as well as via phone, email and remote desktop.

Repair services are obtained through a website which hosts a Computer Repair Work Order System.  Requests are entered by school/building/county contacts and assigned according to the issue.  There is also a link to the Work Order site under Quick Links on the EPIC Homepage.

When assistance can be provided over the phone,  EPIC has a toll-free number which is 1-800-367-3728, or you may call 304-267-3595.  All services are scheduled on a priority basis to provide the most effective, lowest cost service available. If there are any questions about the program, please contact the IT Manager, Jill Woolcock, at jwoolcock@k12.wv.us.  You may also look at the IT Support Staff Page to reach out to our Specialists and Technicians.

Mouse EPIC accepts donations from various organizations in the area, and the donations are repurposed to the EPIC region.  The EPIC technicians analyze the equipment prior to delivery to its new home, and cannibalize for parts what cannot be repaired. This equipment saves county school systems a tremendous amount of money each year.
